The Ribble Room
The Ribble Room offers a light and spacious setting overlooking Lytham Green, making it an ideal choice for private parties, community meetings, classes, or special events. It can accommodate up to 80 people in a theatre-style layout and is hired on an empty basis, with tables and chairs provided for flexible use. The room is equipped with WIFI and includes access to a large plasma screen for presentations. Guests also benefit from a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and instant hot water tap for making teas and coffees.
Availability & Hire Rates
The building is available for hire 7 days a week, from 8:00am – 11:00pm (earlier or later times can sometimes be arranged by prior agreement).
£45 per session (morning, afternoon, or evening)
Due to a high number of regular bookings, exact availability varies — please get in touch to discuss your preferred date and time.
Accessibility & Parking
The Assembly Rooms are fully accessible for wheelchair users, with a designated parking space located at the rear of the building alongside a convenient unloading area. The disabled access door is also situated at the rear, ensuring ease of entry. Inside, visitors will find an accessible toilet, and for those arriving by car, there is plenty of additional public parking available nearby, though charges may apply.
