As a condition of the agreement for the purchase of Lytham Hall from Guardian, Lytham Town Trust was required to purchase, on commercial terms, the residue of the Clifton Estate.  This included a number of residential properties subject to protected tenancies, ground rents and other freeholds with long leases in place.  This was financed by a loan from the then Midland Bank which was gradually repaid from the proceeds of property sales.

A block of four apartments in Lytham has since been refurbished to a high standard and the rents from these now form an important part of the Trust’s income. Vacancies are advertised through our agent JGL Operations who may be contacted at lettings@jgl.co.uk
