OUR TRUSTEES

The Board of Trustees is Lytham Town Trust’s governing body. It is ultimately responsible for everything that happens at the Trust and for ensuring its statutory purpose is met.

The Board of Trustees meets four times a year, but its appointed Council of Management, known as the Executive Committee, manage the day to day running of the Trust and meet on a regular basis.

There are normally 8 Elected Board Trustees and 5 Nominated Board Trustees, but there can be up to 50. Our Trustees come from a variety of backgrounds in business and include nominees from local key stakeholder organisations and groups, including Fylde Borough Council, BAE Systems, Lytham St Annes Civic Society, Lytham Heritage Group, and the Friends of Lytham Hall.

All Elected and Nominated Trustees are appointed by the Board for an initial term of three years and are eligible to re-stand.
